You are aware of your “problem” and you always try to write down essential information such as the data for accessing your e-mail. It’s just a pity that this was not the case with your Gmail address. From the moment you’re reading this guide, I’m guessing you want to know how to find the email address for which you forgot the login information.

Come on, don’t despair. Nothing has happened that is not unrecoverable: if you have lost your Gmail address data, know that you can recover them using an extremely easy and immediate procedure. Finding an email address for which you have lost or forgotten access data, such as username and password, is possible and the task I set myself in this guide will be to explain how to do it, step by step.

All you need to follow the instructions in this tutorial of mine is a few minutes of free time. Sit comfortably in front of the PC and follow the procedures that I will show you step by step: you will see that a little patience will be enough and you will be able to access your precious Google e-mail address again. How to Find a Gmail Address (Forgot Email Address)

Let’s start immediately with the resolution of one of the most common problems. I’ll explain in the following lines how you can find the username of the email address and thus be able to get back into possession of your account relating to Google services, including Gmail.

If you need to find the username of your e-mail account you must first connect to the Internet page relating to the assistance and recovery section of a Gmail account, made available by Google.

How to do? Open the browser you usually use to navigate (for example Google Chrome or Safari) and click on this Internet page which refers to the page dedicated to restoring your Google account.

Once you have landed on the web page in question, all you have to do is follow the recovery procedure for your account to the letter which you can see on the screen Account Support. The first thing you will be asked to indicate, in order to recover your email address, is the username you registered.

If, as in this case, you cannot remember it, you can proceed to recover the lost email address by typing in the telephone number associated with it. Then type the telephone number and, to continue from this screen you will then have to click on the button After you.

You will then be prompted to type thelast password that you remember having associated with your account. Enter it in the text field you see on the screen and press the button After you. Alternatively, by clicking on the entry Try another questionyou can try to reset your account using a single use code sent to the recovery email that you will have indicated for your account.

If you do not have access to any alternative email address linked to your Gmail account, press the button again Try another question. You will be able to reset your account in other ways, for example by answering more questions.

For example, you will need to indicate approximately the month and theyear where you created the Google account you want to recover, or use another email address of your choice for account recovery.

These options are visible by clicking on the item Try another question, You will then be asked to type in an email address other than the previous ones that you have and that you can actually check. It’s best if that email address is linked to the Gmail account you want to find, but it’s not required.

In this specific case, after you enter the recovery email address, Google will send you a verification code and instructions that will help you access the lost account.

If, on the other hand, you want to try an alternative way to find the Gmail email address you’ve lost, but you haven’t associated any phone number with your account, and therefore you can’t follow the procedure I indicated in the previous lines, I’ll explain how to do it.

Go back to the Gmail account recovery Internet page again and click on the item Find my account. You will now need to attempt recovery through an alternative email address or with alternate phone number.

It is absolutely important that, even at this stage, you enter an email address or mobile phone number to which you have access. Then enter the required data in the text fields you see on the screen and press the button After you. Finally indicate the first name And surname associated with the Google account to recover.

In case you have indicated an alternative recovery email, by pressing the button After you, Google will send you an email containing a one-time code that you can use to access your account.

If, on the other hand, you had indicated a mobile number for recovery, you will then need to verify through a captcha code and press on After you.

Please note that this is the last option you have to verify your account. If you are not in possession of any of the requested data, I suggest you contact Google support.

How to Find a Gmail Address (Forgot Password)

Finding an email address in case of lost password is certainly easier. In the lines that follow, I’ll show you the procedure to carry out for the recovery of your Gmail email account.

First, connect to the official Google website to recover your account and, since you are aware of it, enter your email address for which you no longer remember the password. Continue by pressing on After you.

It doesn’t matter if you no longer remember your current password, but you must type l in the next text fieldlast password you remember to help Google find your Gmail account.
