To mute the microphone in a meeting created by another user, instead, start the Meet app, select the option Participate with codeenter the meeting code that has been provided to you in the appropriate field and press the button Participate.

Now, if you want to mute your microphone before entering the meeting, tap on the icon microphone and press the button Participateotherwise select the option first Participate and, when you don’t want your voice to be heard, press the icon microphone. Simple, right?
